150g dark chocolate
150g milk chocolate
90ml full fat milk
40g unsalted butter
Directions
- Place the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl. Set aside.
- Heat the milk until it is simmering. You can heat it on the stove or in the microwave.
- Pour the milk evenly on top. Let the warm cream and chocolate sit for 5 minutes minutes. Stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
- Add the butter to the chocolate and mix until the butter is fully incorporated.
- Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface (to avoid condensation) and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Scoop the set truffle mixture into 2 teaspoon-sized mounds. Roll each into balls.
- Dip truffles into melted chocolate. Roll truffles into cocoa powder.
