Ingredients

  • 150g dark chocolate

  • 150g milk chocolate

  • 90ml full fat milk

  • 40g unsalted butter

Directions

  • Place the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl. Set aside.
  • Heat the milk until it is simmering. You can heat it on the stove or in the microwave.
  • Pour the milk evenly on top. Let the warm cream and chocolate sit for 5 minutes minutes. Stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
  • Add the butter to the chocolate and mix until the butter is fully incorporated.
  • Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface (to avoid condensation) and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • Scoop the set truffle mixture into 2 teaspoon-sized mounds. Roll each into balls.
  • Dip truffles into melted chocolate. Roll truffles into cocoa powder.
