How to make Nutella cake recipe

 

  • In the stand mixer add the oil, sugar, and Nutella and beat them for 2-3 minutes.

 

  • Then add the eggs one at a time and mix well then add the vanilla and the milk and mix for 2-3 minutes or until the ingredients are incorporated.

 

  • In a second big bowl sift flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and mix them gently.

 

  • Add dry ingredients to liquids and mix for 2-3 minutes on medium speed, and always scrap down the edges of the bowl to ensure everything is mixed.

 

  • Finally, pour the cake mixture on a cake pan and bake it in preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 25-30 minutes or until it’s baked ( put a toothpick in the middle of the cake if it’s clean then the cake is baked).

  • ¾ cup vegetable oil 120 g
  • cup sugar 325 g
  • cup Nutella 130 g
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups milk 500 ml
  • 2 cups flour 270 g
  • cup unsweetened cocoa 57 g
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180 Celsius.
  • Grease your cake pan with oil and flour to ensure the cake will not stick.
