WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS FOR easy pistachio cheesecake?

 

 

  • Biscuit

 

  • Melted butter

 

  • Cream cheese

 

  • Condensed milk

 

  • Egg

 

  • Heavy cream

 

  • Pistachio butter

 

  • Vanilla

 

  • whipped cream and kinder chocolate ( for decoration )
 

* All ingredients should be at room temperature.

 

 

HOW TO MAKE easy pistachio cheesecake

 

  • Crush the biscuit to powder, then add the melted butter and mix very well.
 
  • Spoon the mixture into a mini cheesecake pan and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

 

  • In a stand mixer beat room temperature cream cheese for 2 minutes, then add the condensed milk and mix for 2 minutes.

 

  • Melt the pistachio butter for 10 seconds in the microwave then add it to the cream cheese mixture, and mix for one minute. ( you can skip this step of adding pistachio butter to cheesecake batter ).

 

  • then add the egg and vanilla and mix for another minute. Don’t forget to scrape the sides of the bowl to make sure everything is mixed well.

 

 
  • Finally, add the heavy cream and mix for 1 – 2 minutes.

 

  • Spoon the cheesecake filling on the top of the biscuit base, and bake it at 180 celsius for 20 – 25 minutes.

 

  • After baking leave them to cool completely then put the pan in the fridge for 4 – 6 hours.

 

  • Take the cheesecakes out of the pan and decorate them with pistachio butter and pistachios.
