  1. In a bowl sift flour then add the sugar and salt.
  2. Then add the milk and egg and mix whisk with a hand whisk.
  3. In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Drop about 1/4 cup batter into pan, then swirl pan to coat bottom in a thin, even layer. 
  4. Cook until just set, about 2 minutes, then flip and continue to cook until second side is golden brown, about 1 minute more. Repeat with remaining batter. 
  5. Dust crepes with powdered sugar. Serve with fruit alongside.
