best chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream is the best! It’s made with edible cookie dough balls and mini chocolate chips.
Ingredients
Cookies dough:
- 50 g Unsalted butter
- 40 g Brown sugar
- 25 g Caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 70 g Flour
- 40 g Chocolate chips
- pinch Salt
Ice cream
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 cup Condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
- In a bowl mix the butter, brown sugar, and caster sugar very well or until the sugar is dissolved.
- Then add the milk and vanilla and mix. Add the flour and salt and mix well until it becomes like dough.
- Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix.
- Shape the cookie dough into small balls.
- Put them in the fridge for 15 minutes.
For making the vanilla ice cream:
- In a stand mixer add the heavy cream and whip it for 3 -4 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
- Then add condensed milk and vanilla and mix for 2 minutes. Add the cookie dough balls into the ice cream mixture and mix with a spatula.
- Transfer the mixture to an ait-tight container and put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Notes
*Add the flour gradually until it becomes a dough. You can add more or less flour, it depends on the type of flour.
