This mini Maltesers cheesecake recipe is one of the easiest recipes you can ever make. It is creamy, light, flavorful, and most importantly that it is very tasty.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g  biscuit
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 100 g  cream cheese
  • 50 g condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g Maltesers0
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1  teaspoon  vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Crush the biscuit to powder, then add the melted butter and mix very well.
  • Spoon the mixture into a mini cheesecake pan and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • In a stand mixer beat room temperature cream cheese for 2 minutes, then add the condensed milk and mix for 2 minutes.
  • then add the egg and vanilla and mix for another minute. Don’t forget to scrape the sides of the bowl to make sure everything is mixed well.
  • Finally, add the heavy cream and mix for 1 – 2 minutes.
  • Crush the Maltesers chocolate balls into small pieces then add them to the cheesecake mixture, mix with a spoon.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture into a mini cheesecake pan and bake it at 180 celsius for 20 – 25 minutes.
  • After baking leave them to cool completely then put the pan in the fridge for 4 – 6 hours.
  • Take the cheesecakes out of the pan and decorate with whipped cream and Maltesers balls chocolate.

Notes

* All ingredients should be at room temperature.
