Nutella Cake is fluffy, moist, and chocolatey. Its very easy to make and its a perfect recipe for Nutella lovers.

- ¾ cup vegetable oil 120 g
- 1¾ cup sugar 325 g
- ⅓ cup Nutella 130 g
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups milk 500 ml
- 2 cups flour 270 g
- ⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa 57 g
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 180 Celsius.
Grease your cake pan with oil and flour to ensure the cake will not stick.
In the stand mixer add the oil, sugar, and Nutella and beat them for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the eggs one at a time and mix the add the vanilla and the milk and mix for 2-3 minutes or until the ingredients are incorporated.
In a second bowl sift flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and mix them gently.
Add dry ingredients to liquids and mix for 2-3 minutes on medium speed, and always scrap down the edges of the bowl to ensure everything is mixed.
Finally, pour the cake mixture on a cake pan and hit the pan on the table a few times to get the air out.
Bake it for 25-30 minutes or until it's baked ( put a toothpick in the middle of the cake if it's clean then the cake is baked).
Leave it to rest for 15-20 minutes before flip it.
Decorated as you like.
