Nutella Cake is fluffy, moist, and chocolatey. Its very easy to make and its a perfect recipe for Nutella lovers.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup vegetable oil 120 g
  • cup sugar 325 g
  • cup Nutella 130 g
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups milk 500 ml
  • 2 cups flour 270 g
  • cup unsweetened cocoa 57 g
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180 Celsius.
  • Grease your cake pan with oil and flour to ensure the cake will not stick.
  • In the stand mixer add the oil, sugar, and Nutella and beat them for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add the eggs one at a time and mix the add the vanilla and the milk and mix for 2-3 minutes or until the ingredients are incorporated.
  • In a second bowl sift flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and mix them gently.
  • Add dry ingredients to liquids and mix for 2-3 minutes on medium speed, and always scrap down the edges of the bowl to ensure everything is mixed.
  • Finally, pour the cake mixture on a cake pan and hit the pan on the table a few times to get the air out.
  • Bake it for 25-30 minutes or until it's baked ( put a toothpick in the middle of the cake if it's clean then the cake is baked).
  • Leave it to rest for 15-20 minutes before flip it.
  • Decorated as you like.

Notes

  • After baking the cake leave it to rest for 15-20 minutes before flipping it.
  • decorate the cake with any frosting you like or you can decorate with Nutella.
