Luscious, melt-in-your-mouth best Pistachio Ice Cream. You will be amazed to see how easy it is to make such a luxurious dessert at home. You will need a pistachio butter spread, heavy cream, and condensed milk. It’s a perfect dessert for special occasions or parties, as it looks very fancy. You can serve this ice cream in bars or in ice cream cones.

Ingredients
  

  • cups Heavy cream 
  • ½ Condensed milk
  • cup Pistachio butter
  • pinch Salt
  • 2 cups Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa butter or coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan add the heavy cream and condensed milk and stir on low heat until it bubbles on the edges then turn off the heat. ( Do not let the mixture boil).
  • Then add the salt and pistachio butter and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a container and let it cool down then put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  • Whip the ice cream mixture for 3 -4 minutes or until soft peaks form.
  • Fill the silicone ice cream bars mold with the ice cream and insert a wooden stick.
  • Place the mold in the freezer for 4 -5 hours.
  • Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave then add the cocoa butter or coconut oil and mix well and leave it to cool at room temperature.
  • Take the ice cream bars out of the mold and dip them in the chocolate then put them on a parchment paper.
  • Serve them immediately or put them pack in the freezer until served.

Notes

  • The cream mixture should be very cold bere whipping it.
  • You can add Pistachio spread as you like it depends on your taste
