- 300 g lotus Biscoff spread
- 150 g melted white chocolate
- melted chocolate
In a bowl add lotus biscoff and melted chocolate and mix them very well.
Then pour the lotus biscoff and chocolate mixture into small/mini silicone molds, any type of silicone molds. However, it must be silicone to take the balls easily from the mold.
Place the mold in the freezer for 30 minutes or an hour.
Meanwhile, crush the cornflakes into small pieces. ( not powder)
In another bowl melt the chocolate in the microwave and then add the crushed cornflakes and mix well. (There are no specific measurements for cornflakes and chocolate for covering the balls add cornflakes as you want to melted chocolate).
Take the balls out of the mold and dip them in the chocolate and cornflakes mixture, cover them well, and put them on parchment paper or a foil.
put them again in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Decorated with selver dust.(optional)
