Best Lotus ice cream is made without eggs and an oven It is very easy to make, creamy, and flavorful ice cream better than the expensive store brands!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Lotus Biscoff spread
  • cup Heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • First, in a blender add the Lotus Biscoff spread and heavy cream and blend them well for 2 -3 minutes.
  • Second, place it in the fridge for 1 – 2 hours. ( The ice cream mixture should be cold before pouring it into the ice cream machine)
  • Third, pour the lotus and cream mixture into an ice cream machine for 20 – 30 minutes.
  • Fourth, pour the ice cream mixture onto an air-thight container.
  • Finally, place it in the freezer for 1 – 2 hours.
  • Serve it in ice cream bowls and decorate with melted Lotus Biscoff.

Notes

  •  The ice cream mixture should be cold before pouring it into the ice cream machine.
