Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Instant coffee/espresso
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 can Condensed milk
  • cup Chocolate chip

Instructions
 

  • Brew Coffee: in a small ball dissolve the coffee with hot water and leave it to cool down aside, OR brew 1/2 cup of strong coffee or espresso. Let it cool completely to room temperature.
  • Mix Condensed Milk: In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk with the cooled coffee and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream. Use an electric mixer to whip the cream until stiff peaks form. This should take about 3-5 minutes.
  • Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the coffee-condensed milk mixture. Use a spatula to incorporate the whipped cream slowly, aiming to keep the mixture light and airy.
  • Add Chocolate Chips: Once combined, stir in chocolate chips evenly throughout the mixture.
  • Freeze: Pour the ice cream mixture into an airtight container. Smooth out the top with a spatula, then cover it with a lid or plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals from forming. Freeze the ice cream for at least 4-6 hours, or until it is firm enough to scoop.
  • Serve: Before serving, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly for easier scooping. Enjoy your homemade mocha chip ice cream!
