These are the best ever Oreo Cookie balls you will ever taste. They are rich and creamy. These no-bake Oreo Cookie Balls are easy to make with Oreo cookies and cream cheese and dipped in chocolate.

Ingredients
  

  • 25 oreo cookies
  • cup chocolate buisct
  • 2 - 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 300 g chocolate ( for melting)

Instructions
 

  • Crush the whole Oreo cookies and chocolate biscuits to powder.
  • Add the cream cheese to the crushed biscuit and mix very well until it becomes a dough. ( you might need more cream cheese or biscuits ).
  • Scoop the mixture into 1 tablespoon size oreo balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir it then put it again for 30 minutes until all chocolate is melted.
  • Remove balls from freezer and dip them into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing them back on the baking sheet.
  • Chill them in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • You can use only OREO biscuits in this recipe.
  • You can Store Oreo balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
  • Or you can freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months. For extra protection, use parchment or wax paper to separate them into layers.
