OREO COOKIE ICE CREAM SANDWICH
Oreo cookies ice cream sandwich is the perfect ice cream because they are both chocolatey and creamy. this sweet dessert is perfect for a summer day or night. And it’s easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 Cubs heavy cream (500 ml)
- 20 oreos (for ice cream)
- 10 Oreos
Instructions
- First, in a bowl add the heavy cream and 20 pieces of Oreos and let it soak for 30 – 60 minutes.
- Second, in a blender add the oreo and cream mixture and blend it well.
- Third, place it in the fridge for 1 – 2 hours
- Third, pour the oreo and cream mixture into an ice cream machine for 20 – 30 minutes.
- Forth, Spread the ice cream into a baking pan that has been covered on the bottom with plastic wrap. Place in freezer for 2 hours.
- Fifth, To assemble ice cream sandwiches, cut out ice cream circles using a round cookie cutter that is slightly smaller than the one used for the cookies. Place ice cream between 2 cookies, and wrap each sandwich with plastic wrap.
- Store in the freezer until ready to serve.
