heavy cream

Lemon juice ( optional )
Instructions
First, in the blender add the strawberry, lemon juice, and sugar and blend them very well.
Second, add the heavy cream and mix for 2 – 3 minutes or until the mixture is thickened a little.
Third, pour the ice cream mixture into an ice cream mold and insert a popsicle wooden stick in the center of each popsicle.
Finally, place the mold in the freezer for at least 5 – 8 hours.
Take the mold out of the freezer and place it in warm water for 1 to 2 minutes then take the ice cream bars out of the mold.
Serve it immediately.
Notes
* This recipe will make 4 ice cream bars.
