 These no-bake Strawberry Ice-Cream bars are a perfect sweet treat for the hot summer days. Children will love these ice cream bars.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Strawberry
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice ( optional )

Instructions
 

  • First, in the blender add the strawberry, lemon juice, and sugar and blend them very well.
  • Second, add the heavy cream and mix for 2 – 3 minutes or until the mixture is thickened a little.
  • Third, pour the ice cream mixture into an ice cream mold and insert a popsicle wooden stick in the center of each popsicle.
  • Finally, place the mold in the freezer for at least 5 – 8 hours.
  • Take the mold out of the freezer and place it in warm water for 1 to 2 minutes then take the ice cream bars out of the mold.
  • Serve it immediately.

Notes

*  This recipe will make 4 ice cream bars.
