2 cups biscoff crumbs
1/2 cup crushed biscuit
5 tablespoons biscoff spread
6 tablespoons cream cheese softened (85 grams)
Directions
- Place the Bischoff crumbs, crushed biscuit, the Bischoff butter, and the cream cheese to a food processor, or to a bowl.
- Mix the ingredients together until a smooth dough forms. Using the food processor will make the balls smoother, while mixing by hand will give them more texture.
- Spoon dough with a spoon and roll between your hands. Then coat them with Biscoff crumbs.
- Place each on top of a baking sheet lined with parchment or silicone.
- Place the tray in the fridge for 60 minutes.
