  • Preheat your oven to 180 celsius.

 

  • Grease a cake pan with oil and flour to ensure the cake will not stick in the pan.

 

  • In a stand mixer add the eggs, sugar, oil, yogurt, vinegar, and vanilla and mix them for 3 minutes.

 

  • In a bowl sift dry ingredients flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

 

  • Add the dry ingredients to liquids and mix for 2 – 3 minutes or until all ingredients are incorporated and there are no lumps in the batter, don’t forget to scrape down the sides of the bowl.

 

  • Take half a cup of the cake batter and add the cinnamon, sugar, and cocoa and mix them very well.

 

  • In the cake pan pour half of the white cake batter then pour the cinnamon mixture into the middle and finally pour the other half of the white cake batter.

 

  • Tap the pan on the table a few times to get the bubbles out.

 

  • Bake the cake in preheated oven for 30 – 40 minutes( after 30 minutes keep a close eye on it because every oven is different in terms of temperature put a toothpick in the middle of the cake if it’s clean then the cake is baked).

 

  • Leave it to rest in the cake pan for 30 minutes before flipping it.

 

  • Decorate it with sugar powder.
