French Crepe Suzette Recipe

This Crepe Suzette Recipe is a French recipe made of homemade crepes with a sweet and rich orange syrup.

  1. In a bowl sift flour then add the sugar and salt.
  2. Then add the milk and egg and mix with a hand whisk.

  4. Cook until just set, about 2 minutes, then flip and continue to cook until the second side is golden brown, about 1 minute more. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  6. In a large skillet, the orange zest, orange juice, butter, and sugar and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  7. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and stir in orange liqueur. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until syrupy Reduce to half. About 10 minutes.
  8. Fold the crepes. then added to the orange sauce.
  9. Serve immediately
