Ingredients
3/4 cup pistachio butter
2 cups Heavy cream
1 cup Condensed milk
Directions
- First, in a bowl mix the condensed milk with pistachio butter very well.
- Second, whip the heavy cream for 3 – 4 minutes or until soft peaks form
- Third, add half of the whipped cream to the pistachio and condensed mixture and fold until almost fully combined.
- Add the remaining whipped cream and gently fold until fully combined.
- Transfer the ice cream mixture to an air-tight container and place it in the freezer for 6 -8 hours.
- Take it out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
