Easy and simple Pistachio Ice Cream Recipe with only 3 ingredients: whipped cream, condensed milk, and pistachio butter. It is so easy to make and refreshing on hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pistachio butter

  • 2 cups Heavy cream 

  • 1 cup Condensed milk

Directions

  • First, in a bowl mix the condensed milk with pistachio butter very well.
  • Second, whip the heavy cream for 3 – 4 minutes or until soft peaks form
  • Third, add half of the whipped cream to the pistachio and condensed mixture and fold until almost fully combined.
  • Add the remaining whipped cream and gently fold until fully combined.
  • Transfer the ice cream mixture to an air-tight container and place it in the freezer for 6 -8 hours.
  • Take it out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
