Easy Whipped Coffee Cream recipe with only 3 ingredients: instant coffee, hot water, and sugar, and 7 minutes to prepare.

  1. Add the instant coffee, sugar, and water to a bowl and whisk using a hand whisk or electric mixer for 5-7 minutes or until it is stiff and pale in color.
  2. Put it in an air container and place in the freezer.
  3. For serving: Add 1 cold or hot milk to a cup and top with 2 -3 tablespoons of the coffee mixture and stir to combine.
