- In a bowl, mix coconut and sweetened condensed milk to make a thick and sticky paste.
- Using your hands, form some rectangles with the mixture. Press firmly to make sure the rectangles will keep their shape.
- Place the coconut bars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put on the top of each one 2 almonds.
- Put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. (This will make dipping them into chocolate easier ).
- Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds, stir, then repeat in 15 seconds, until the chocolate is fully melted.
- Remove rectangles from the freezer. Using two forks, dip one rectangle into the melted chocolate and roll it to cover all sides.
- With the other fork, remove excess chocolate and arrange your coconut bars on a lined baking sheet.
