Ingredients

  • 100 grams of butter(at room temperature)

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 1/2 cup softened brown sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 1/2 cups flour

  • 1/4 cup ground lotus biscuits

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1/ 2 cups of white chocolate

  • 1/2 cup lotus butter(for the filling)

Directions

  • Mix the butter and sugar together well.
  • After that, add the egg and mix until the mixture becomes light in color.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix.
  • Finally, add the biscuits and white chocolate, mix lightly, and put the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes after we divide it into balls.
  • Shape the lotus butter into a ball shape on parchment paper and put it in the freezer to freeze to make it easy for us to fill.
  • Stuff each cookie with a piece of lotus butter.
  • Bake them at 180 for 10 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, we let it finish baking outside for 5 minutes and it becomes firm and ready to eat.
