  1. In a bowl, mix coconut and sweetened condensed milk to make a thick and sticky paste.
  2. Using your hands, form some rectangles with the mixture. Press firmly to make sure the rectangles will keep their shape.
  3. Place the coconut bars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put on the top of each one 2 almonds.
  4. Put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. (This will make dipping them into chocolate easier ).
  5. Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds, stir, then repeat in 15 seconds, until the chocolate is fully melted. 
  6. Remove rectangles from the freezer. Using two forks, dip one rectangle into the melted chocolate and roll it to cover all sides.
  7. With the other fork, remove excess chocolate and arrange your coconut bars on a lined baking sheet.
