STEP1:

  • In a bowl add the melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Mix them together and leave them aside.

 

STEP2:

  • Add yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add lukewarm water and mix all ingredients. Rest it aside for 5 minutes.

 

STEP3:

  • In a separate bowl, add white flour, yogurt, and oil.

 

STEP4:

  • Add the yeast mix as well and mix all ingredients together, knead into a dough, grease the dough top with some oil, and rest it for 1 hour under a wet towel.

 

STEP5:

  • After resting, knead the dough well and divide the dough into equal portions. Roll out the naan, make sure it is not too thin and or too thick.

 

STEP6:

  • Heat a pan on medium heat. place the bread on the pan. Once you see some bubbles forming on top of the naan, flip the pan on top of the stove. You’ll see some burnt marks on the naan, remove it from the stove flame. Once the naan is cooked well, remove it from the pan,

    apply some butter and garlic mixture, and serve hot.
