  • In the stand mixer bowl, combine the water, dry yeast, sugar, salt, and 1 cup of flour. Mix until combined and leave it for 10 minutes.

  • Then add 1 1/2 cups of flour, oil, and milk powder and mix and knead until dough comes together in a ball. ( The dough is ready to use).

  • Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and divide the dough into small or medium balls.

  • Make the coating: Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip each dough ball in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.

Arrange coated dough balls in the prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and let rise until almost doubled in size, about 45 minutes. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Invert onto a large plate; cool for 10 minutes before serving.
