  • Making the dough: in a mixing bowl of the mixer, dissolve instant dry yeast with lukewarm water and sugar. Add all-purpose flour and salt and knead it to combine. If the dough is too sticky, add some extra flour, a little at a time.

 

  • Proof the dough: Put the dough into a well-oiled bowl. Cover with a damp kitchen cloth. Let proof in a warm place for 1 ½ hours or until it doubles in volume.

 

  • Dust bench top with flour, cut dough into same size pieces, roll into balls, then roll out into 2 – 3 mm thick.

 

  • Heat pan: Heat a non-stick pan over high heat.
