How to make creamy pasta recipe?
- In a pan pour 4 cups chicken stock, and add pepper and salt. Bring to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Add more chicken stock or water if the pasta starts to stick to the pan.

In a large pan add the butter, oil & garlic. Place over medium-high heat and stir the garlic until becomes golden.

Add in the chicken stock & bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add in the thickened cream, seasoning to taste. Reduce heat to low & simmer for 10 minutes or until reduced & thickened, stirring constantly.

Add in the cheese, mix through to combine then add the pasta straight from the pot into the sauce, adding in some of the pasta water if needed.

Serve it immediately.
