How to make Crunchy Chickpeas Recipe?
- Drain chickpeas well. If using oil, rinse well with water and thoroughly drain.
- Once drained well, spread the chickpeas out on a clean, absorbent towel and use your hands dry the chickpeas.
- Transfer the chickpeas to a mixing bowl and add the oil, salt, and seasoning. Mix well to combine.
- Dump the whole batch of chickpeas in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 -30 minutes, shaking every 7 minutes.
- Then let cool 5-10 minutes – they will continue crisping as they cool.
