HOW TO MAKE Maltesers cheesecake recipe
- Crush the biscuit to powder, then add the melted butter and mix very well.
- Spoon the mixture into a mini cheesecake pan and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In a stand mixer beat room temperature cream cheese for 2 minutes, then add the condensed milk and mix for 2 minutes.
